Job Summary:
Required a Business analyst with experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and record business requirements. Adept at keeping accurate records, producing understandable documentation, and acting as a contact between development teams and clients of MapleLMS. Competent in trend identification, data analysis, and insight presentation to support well-informed decision-making.
Experience Level: 1-3 Years
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates Preferred)
Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
– Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
– Conduct surveys to gather essential information for project understanding.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive requirement coverage.
– understand competitors, and latest guidelines and create product road maps
2. Documentation:
– Create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, prototypes, and process flows.
– Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Communication:
– Act as a liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
– Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Analysis:
– Analyze data and trends to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
– Assist in identifying business problems and opportunities for process improvement.
5. Collaboration:
– Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Tools knowledge
– JIRA, HTML, Any Prototyping Tool
Qualifications:
– B.tech( Any stream)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
– Knowledge of Wireframes is a plus.
